Terms of Service

Effective August 29, 2026

1. What WeakSpot is

WeakSpot offers two things: a public demo dashboard populated entirely with fictional example data, and a done-for-you competitive-intelligence service for paying clients. By using the site or the service, you accept these terms.

2. The demo is fictional

Every business, review, rating, and metric in the live demo is fictional and illustrative. The demo shows what the service looks like — it does not describe real businesses.

3. About our analyses

Client reports are based on publicly available review data as it existed at the time we ran the analysis. We don't control third-party review content and can't guarantee its accuracy, and we don't promise any particular business outcome from acting on a report.

4. Your responsibilities as a client

You approve final campaign materials before they run, and you are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and advertising rules of your own industry and jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, resell or republish the demo or our reports as your own, misrepresent what the demo or a report says, or use the site or service for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content and our report formats belong to WeakSpot. Clients own their own business data and may use the reports we deliver for their business.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date.
